Rail Gen is currently completely broken

It tries to set Gold Block infinity, which doesn't work at all. According to the code, it also needs a mayor update.
We most likely also don't handle the You can't use WorldEdit commands while generating a structure. error correctly.
Will be disabled for first Releases.
