I have exactly the same problem. Unable to install Collabora On Line Built in Code server.
Nextcloud Hub 26 Spring (34.0.0) installes with OpenMediaVault 6.9.16-1 (Shaitan) and Linux Linux 6.1.0-0.deb11.21-amd64

same problem after updating to 26.4.104 on Nextcloud Hub 26 Winter 33.0.5 on debian 13

Edit : it's working after some cleaning

occ app:disable richdocumentscode

pkill -u USER coolwsd
pkill -u USER coolforkit

mount | grep .mount_Collab
return for exemple : Collabora_Online.AppImage on /tmp/.mount_CollabnbpYLV type fuse.Collabora_Online.AppImage (ro,nosuid,nodev,relatime,user_id=1014,group_id=1014)

fusermount -u /tmp/.mount_CollabnbpYLV

rm -rf /tmp/.mount_Collab*

occ app:enable richdocumentscode
