Coloring is broken for some contracts

The coloring that is done by the extension to function parameters and storage variables does not work:

all other features such as navigation (e.g. finding references) and the contract outline still work fine

I managed to brick myself there and not being able to return to that color theme by installing / reinstalling the theme / this extension. I want Dark Moderna + function parameters & storage

Edit: installing & reinstalling + vscode --> preferences --> color scheme --> Dark Moderna

fixed it
