when "pip install -e ."
FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/media/yy/ydata-synthetic/VERSION'

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. git clone this project
2. cd ydata-synthetic
3. pip install -e .
4. See error
