About 1/3 of the time that my machine restarts, I notice that WebSearchShortcut hasn't loaded with CmdPal. In looking at the log file this morning, this is what I see when it fails to load:

[07:40:57.2817603] [Debug] TopLevelCommandManager.cs::StartExtensionWithTimeoutAsync::277
Starting Riri.WebSearchShortcut_0.0.3.0_x64__n7w7pg6r3cfgr
[07:40:57.2966396] [Debug] ExtensionWrapper.cs::StartExtensionAsync::108
Starting WebSearchShortcut (b5d06b48-b861-4df6-bfda-403ef26f224a)
[07:41:07.4639251] [Error] TopLevelCommandManager.cs::StartExtensionWithTimeoutAsync::285
Failed to start extension Riri.WebSearchShortcut_0.0.3.0_x64__n7w7pg6r3cfgr: System.TimeoutException: The operation has timed out.
at Microsoft.CmdPal.UI.ViewModels.TopLevelCommandManager.StartExtensionWithTimeoutAsync(IExtensionWrapper extension)

I figured that I'd create an issue here but am not sure if this would be related to WebSearchShortcut, CmdPal, or PowerToys. I don't have this issue with anything else.

I've had the issue with WebSearchShortcut_0.0.2.0, previous versions of CmdPal, and previous versions of PowerToys.

Thoughts?
