Make video guide to setting up DS

What's there is excellent in terms of specificity of what you want to change and how, but in terms of "how do I figure out what I want to do, and in which order do I do it?" (which is how the older, worse documentation was set up), it's harder for me to follow the logic in the current documentation. I think we absolutely want to keep what we have, but I think there's room for the other thing too - it could probably additionally be a video, actually watching someone set up a D-S project!

I think a video of actually doing it is a great idea!

I started filming myself making Distributed-Cellpose, but I realized unless people finding a video of someone going back and forth between a lot of tabs and reading documentation fascinating, that I should actually do it first and then film the code-y bits later. I am timing it though!
