Introducing draggable canvas. A must have for "Averager"; not really required for "POV-Ray Thread" itself since it's not supposed to work with huge images, but added to both of the programs to keep the source synchronized. Be warned that current GUI framework is supposed to graduaaly proliferate to the rest of image-editing programs at The Toad's Slimy Mudhole ;-)
