* cookies 2025 contributors file and structure

* comment out description and interpretation from 2024, gradually complete

* Add published links to charts

* most of results interpreted, left todos, conclusion to be done

* adding a conclusion

* Edits after results check and completing placeholders

* Listing analyst in contributors file and disabling linting for figure references

* linting

* Enable chapter

* Add featured quote line

* Add reviewer, new sentence start on new lines

* Edits following suggestions from JannisBush

* Update src/config/contributors.json

* Address comments from review + add YouTube cookies note + add pointers to gid and sql files

* Update src/content/en/2025/cookies.md
