Unicode Atom ist positioned differently in jPro

Hi,

when I put the Unicode character ⚛ (U+269B) into a label, its vertical position differs compared to native JavaFX.

The images below show the Unicode character and a normal character in a JavaFX stage running on Windows.

The following images show the same Unicode character and a normal character rendered in Chrome on Windows using JPro.

This might be happening due to environment-specific fonts. On Windows, macOS, and Linux, JavaFX uses different default fonts. To ensure that a JPro application looks the same regardless of the host OS, JPro ships with its own default fonts. Because of this, default fonts in JPro can sometimes look slightly different.

My recommendation is to always explicitly specify the font you want to use. That way, you avoid surprises when switching environments.

For me, it looks the same on macOS and MacJPro. There are minor differences due to different font-rendering algorithms, but they are very subtle.

Closing it for now - because it's mose likely due to font-selection due to different environments, not a rendering bug.
