Switch to Runic?

JuliaFormatter v2 is apparently causing a lot of issues across the ecosystem (see the latest HN gripes)

I wholeheartedly recommend Runic. It's noticeably faster than JuliaFormatter, both locally and in CI. Just be careful when doing the switch, as it sometimes tries to insert explicit return statements in odd places when they are (initially) missing.
