📇 docs: List Endpoint Guides on the AI Endpoints Index (#906)
The index said it lists compatible endpoints but only the sidebar did.
Add card lists linking every guide, grouped by whether the provider is
in LibreChat's KnownEndpoints enum, and replace the stale note about
endpoints being "marked as Known".
