For those curious, these are all the container specs I use on my homelab. I use Fedora server, but any distro that supports podman/systemd quadlets should work.
For those unaware what quadlets are, they're basically an alternative to compose files that are integrated with systemd. See this Red Hat blog post for more details.
If you want to use one of these, copy it to the ~/.config/containers/systemd/ directory. You'll then have to configure the directories listed in the [container] section, which is where the services will store all their data.
For accessing them, what I do is enter a different subdomain for every container into Pi-hole's local DNS feature, and use Caddy to reverse proxy every service. So my browser doesn't complain about http vs https, I use a custom certificate imported onto my machines. I also use a Wireguard VPN to access them outside the network.
