Human help in finding objects

If the system can't find what you're looking for, it should let you ask for help.

Help in this case would be reaching out via email / slack with what the person is looking for, and a link to the page for a response.
The response can come in 2 forms:
- the location of the item
- we definitely don't have the item
  and a response will email the original user with the new information.
