[BUG] Duplicate filters

Describe the bug
Somehow the mod sorting lagged my game, then it duped the filters

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Mod Menu
2. Press the down arrow next to the search bar in fast acceleration

Expected behavior
Crash/Freeze the game

The reproduction may or may not work, I stumbled on this bug randomly.
