AWS permissions for the Connector

Summary

Hi Team, I created a BlueXP Connector from BlueXP SaaS for customer documenting purposes.
After Connector creation I compiled the policies created and saw there was differences with documentation.

Please review/verify and update the documentation.
Attaching the policy files I captured from AWS deployment but only policy#1 had differences on following permissions (available in the automatically generated policies but not in our documentation):

"ce:GetReservationUtilization"
"ce:GetDimensionValues"
"ce:GetCostAndUsage"
"ce:GetTags"
