* Create pbpko.md

* Add metadata for PBPKO ontology

Added detailed metadata for the Physiologically-Based Pharmacokinetic Ontology including contact information, description, and repository links.

* Remove extra newline in pbpko.md

* Change domain to chemistry and biochemistry

Updated domain from 'Kinetics' to 'chemistry and biochemistry'.

* Update usage description format in pbpko.md

* Fix ordering of fields in pbpko.md
