Add Principle 19 to OBO Foundry page

The Principle 19 page (https://github.com/OBOFoundry/OBOFoundry.github.io/blob/master/principles/fp-019-term-stability.md) is ready to go live. What steps are needed to have it show up under the Principles list?

Looks like all you need to do is add P19 to

• https://github.com/OBOFoundry/OBOFoundry.github.io/blob/master/principles/fp-000-summary.md
• https://github.com/OBOFoundry/OBOFoundry.github.io/blob/master/principles/all.yml

I think editing all.yaml should add P19 to the sidebar and hopefully also to the pulldown Principles menu.

I don't see Principle 19 on obofoundry.org yet. I wonder what's wrong. Does the website need to be rebuilt somehow?

Yes. I triggered the "Build derived files" GitHub Action, resulting in PR #2700. It updates _config.yml which is used by header.html to generate the "Principles" menu on obofoundry.org. Someone else needs to merge it.
