Issue with IE 10

Hi,

first, thanks for the great work you do with OpenDDR.

I have an issue when i use IE 10-Browser to retrieve device properties with OpenDDR. I can fix it by adding a new entry "Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE 10.0; " in the BuilderDataSourcePatch.xml file. But i don't want to do it every time for new release of resources. Do you have any idea how i can solve the problem?
