[Bug]: Inkscape not starting after WAU

The problem

Hello.

Inkscape was updated on 5/9/2026 from 1.4.3 to 1.4.4.
Now, it cannot be started anymore. All our clients get an error message:

Manually installing https://media.inkscape.org/dl/resources/file/inkscape-1.4.4_2026-05-05_dcaf3e7-x64.signed.msi in a virtual environment yields the same result, no fault of WAU.
