Fix tests due expiration and unavailable remote idps, remove freezegun and update dependencies from demos (#412)
* Fix tests. Remove freezegun * Update Django Demo dependency to avoid reported vulnerabilities * Update Tornado Demo dependency to avoid reported vulnerabilities * Fix lint * Removing references to Python3.5 as CI failed due pip install cert issues
