Not show ability's/weaponskill and once in a while errors

Sometimes when logging on to FF this error pops up, not all the time but some of the time. then sometimes randomly when changing jobs it gives me an error and crashes. recently I started noticing my weapon skills or ability's or even the mob ability's dont go off, haven't noticed if party members does it, but a lot of the times like 80-90% of the time I dont see my ability work of ws work, dmg doesn't show up in the log but the mob hp is missing and i have no tp so i hit it but no logs for it.

I've noticed it does this with spells too, which can be kinda trouble some tryin to cast stone skin and not sure if the cast is working, or paralyze nothing shows up in the logs too so its liek did I cast? did I get interrupted? lag??? only way to know is looking at the mob and either noticing para on the mob or seeing the end animation of the cast knowing it went off.
