The error comes from OpenSSL during the TLS handshake, so this is SSL, not SSH. To narrow it down:

1. In the connection form, what SSL mode is selected (Disabled / Preferred / Required / Verify CA / Verify Identity)?
2. Does your Redis server actually have TLS enabled? If not, set SSL mode to Disabled. The SSH tunnel already encrypts traffic.
