What advice do I have if I want to return clean errors?

I would also be very interested to see a DDD solution to error reporting. I understand the project is an example, but httpRespondWithError doesn't convey how we would swap out the error responses in middleware. Most OWASP guidelines suggest to return a generic error to reduce the amount of information that hackers can get from using bad data with a system.
