Revert "ARM: Kconfig: set default gpio number for rockchip SoCs"

This reverts commit 7b5da4c.

After commit 7ca267f ("gpio: Increase ARCH_NR_GPIOs to 512"),
default ARCH_NR_GPIOS=512.
