arm: dts: rockchip: remove always-on from vcc33_sd

Once signal voltage is switched to 1.8v, the card continues 1.8v
signaling regardless of CMD0. Power cycle resets the signal voltage to
3.3v. So that we shouldn't add this property for sd regulator supply.
