arm64/configs: rk3399pro_npu_pcie_defconfig: disable CONFIG_MALI_MIDGARD_FOR_LINUX

The npu didn't use the mali on bringup, and the driver had updated the
configure, that's invalid for now.

Says the below error on built:

scripts/Makefile.build:44: drivers/gpu/arm/midgard_for_linux/Makefile:
No such file or directory
...
