perf tools: Install tools/lib/traceevent plugins with install-bin

[ Upstream commit 30a9c6444810429aa2b7cbfbd453ce339baaadbf ]

Those are binaries as well, so should be installed by:

  make -C tools/perf install-bin'

too.
