Add link on image

Enable users to insert images that act as clickable links, redirecting to a specified URL when clicked.

Implementation:

• Add a "Add Link" option in the image context menu (e.g., dropdown menu like Notion, which BN doesn't have yet).
• Allow users to paste or input a URL to associate with the image. (in Docs we will also have a way to mention a document in Docs)
• Visually indicate clickable images (e.g., subtle border or link icon).
