Add "skip screenshot" markers

These folders contain files that aren't parseable by `findimport`, and this is
on purpose or due to legacy python2 code.  The screenshot maker
will soon learn to look at this file instead of .circuitpython-skip for
deciding whether to make a screenshot image.
