Adding code and files for PyPortal Guitar Tuner

Adding code, audio files (six) and bitmap graphic for PyPortal Guitar Tuner Learn Guide.

When the note name is pressed on the PyPortal's touchscreen, the corresponding note is played 3 times through the speaker.
