Subject: [PATCH] Ignore DevSpace artifacts

The devspace config landed here without the ignore rule every other service
already has, so a cache file and session logs sit untracked beside the source
waiting for a wholesale add to sweep them into a commit -- which is exactly how
they reached identity.
