Remove camel-karaf dependency

I do not see a camel-karaf dependency in the plugin itself. There's the CamelRuntime enum with a KARAF option, used in the camel-debugger and jbang support, do we want to remove that?
As karaf still does not support jakarta, and camel 4 needs it, I do not think it very possible to run camel 4 on karaf. In my job we use karaf+camel 3.x, so that's what I'm using this idea plugin mainly for; but the debugger does not work with this combination (I think it tries to download org.apache.camel.karaf:camel-debug in my 3.22.x version, which does not exist, and throws an exception. Been wanting to fix that.

the karaf runtimer provider is on the camel-karaf side, there is a JAR that contains what camel components it support - that is not included anymore in camel karaf v4.

It would be better to add the catalog provider back - see how it is in 3.x
