- run npm install angular-auth-oidc-client
- run npx ng build

I made a horrible fix but it works.
Following this example:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/56826692/export-document-was-not-found-in-angular-platform-browser
I changed the DOCUMENT reference in all fesm2022 files with error.
I deleted
import { ....DOCUMENT,... } from '@angular/core';
and I replaced with this:
import { DOCUMENT } from '@angular/common';
