Merge branch 'js/imap-send-curl-compilation-fix' into maint

"git imap-send" did not compile well with older version of cURL library.

* js/imap-send-curl-compilation-fix:
  imap-send: only use CURLOPT_LOGIN_OPTIONS if it is actually available
