+Every string the plugin emits is either CommonMark (`description`) or plain text (`summary`, `title`), whether it comes from a proto comment or an `engine.protoc.openapi` annotation.
+Reference links (`[Gizmo]`, `[Gizmo.name]`, `[CatalogService.GetGizmo]`, `[display text][label]`) are resolved in both:
