The Firebase Function .tgz file here is broken:

Hi @RubDevRG, thanks for the report. I’ve been able to reproduce this issue with the .tgz distribution.

It seems .tgz package is currently missing some necessary configuration files required for it to work properly with the Unity Package Manager. We are working on a fix for this distribution and will have an update out shortly.

To clarify the file size difference: the drop from 1260KB to 43KB is actually intentional. As of version 13.10.0, we have rewritten the Functions SDK to be C# native, which significantly reduces the package footprint by removing native iOS and Android binary overhead.

The .unitypackage version of 13.10.0 is unaffected and is working as intended if you need an immediate fix.

Fix: We are patching the .tgz distribution now and will update this thread as soon as it's live.

Perfect, thank you for the quick update. I’ve reverted back to 13.9.0 until it’s fixed so I can continue using my own scoped registry instead of manually updating packages through Unity. Thank you.
