Do not show the (2) in v2.16.0

It is technically true that this is the second revision of v2.16.0
because the first one was not built correctly (there was a breakage in
the script used by the CI, and it was never pushed).

But we should not confuse users unnecessarily here. Most won't probably
notice anyway.
