Only send repository ids in databases param

At the moment we're only able to send one of:
- repositories
- repositoryLists
- repositoryOwners

In the future, we intend to be able to send a combination of these
but at the moment the API will only ever allow you to send one.

So let's be consistent and just send `repositories` here.
