Copyleft When Required: Drop "most permissive"
Credit: Ben Hilburn (https://github.com/bhilburn) There are edge cases where a copyleft license may allow multiple terms for work within copyleft scope, especially related to "additional permissions" and license-to-license copyleft bridges, as between GPLv3 and AGPLv3. Clearly compelling exactly one set of terms in those situations is probably less important than clarifying the general rule overall.
