do i really have to write the id number of a object in my csv to import it?

when i import a csv, in my csv are the name, description, category, storage, quantity..., and the category and storage must be written by their id. Now my problem i importing normal parts to stock parts and i also have to write their id not their real name, i made so many parts that my current created part has the id 12000.

please help me i didnt find any setting for that or any other descussion here
