Hi, facing the same issue after upgrading to 31.5.2 (from 28.?). I can't open or save drawio files from/to network mounted drives... Environment / Platform: Which version of draw.io are you using? Is it the desktop app (Windows/Mac/Linux), the web version (app.diagrams.net), or an integration (Confluence, Google Drive, etc.)? Save location / storage: Where are you trying to save the file? (e.g., local filesystem, Google Drive, OneDrive, Confluence, GitHub, GitLab, etc.) Exact error message: Please provide the exact error message text or a screenshot of the error dialog. Steps to reproduce: What exact steps lead to this error? Does it happen every time, or intermittently? Does it happen with new files or only existing ones? Recent changes: You mention it wasn't the case before — did anything change recently? (e.g., OS update, draw.io update, changed file location, changed permissions, antivirus/security software update) Operating System: Which OS and version are you running? (e.g., Windows 11, macOS Sonoma, Ubuntu 24.04) We also have some questions: Where exactly are you trying to save the file (local disk, network drive, cloud storage)? Could you share a screenshot of the exact error message you're seeing? If using the desktop app, have you tried saving to a different folder (e.g., your Desktop or Documents folder) to see if the error persists? Did anything change on your system recently — such as an OS update, antivirus software change, or a change in folder permissions? |
