fix: webdriverio tests (#475)

* refactor: wdio tests

removed sync as its no longer supported and that for needed to rewrite the tests as well

* chore: increased maxInstances, as we're only running this at the moment

* chore: let's run all of those

* test: optimized the linter

* chore: removed that file again

* test: let's prevent these lines from being tested
