Describe the requested doc changes

Plugins installed from the Inno installer built according to the documentation cannot be recognized by cmdpal, while MSIX requires an MSstore certificate, which greatly increases the complexity of plugin development. Is it possible to optimize this process in the future?

MSIX is not tied to the Store.

To verify my hypothesis, I found two other plugins that also work with InnoPlus, and neither of them could be recognized by cmdpal after installation.

I believe this has to do with the fact that extensions are only discoverable as AppX packages (full or sparse, although I don't think we have any working examples of sparse either).

This makes the Inno setup as outlined in the docs not work in practice.

This is very strange. It's hard to imagine that such a project would have such serious documentation errors, and that it would persist for so long.
I spent a lot of time on this issue during development; I spent less than 0 minutes completing the core plugin code, but several days on the Winget/MS Store release.
I believe Microsoft needs to optimize this process, as it's a significant obstacle for developers who want to create plugins.
