Use the MCP as part of pipeline

Hi all,

Is it possible to run the mcp as part of pipeline automation?

I tried to use it but stuck on one of my commands and I'm not sure if it's requires a user manual authentication and if PAT key can be used.

In case PAT can't be used, how I can achieve running the mcp as part of automation?
