Fix samba-winbind netlogon issues (#14861)

A change to windows domain controllers prevents winbind from auth against them, backporting fixes from 4.22 branch to address this in mariner2

Backport upstream patches that allow winbind to join domains that contain the windows 2025 security update that addresses CVE-2025-49716
