VSCODE right-click highlighted text and choose "Find All References" DOES NOT WORK. In a .cpp file, it refuses to find expressions in a .c file, and vice-versa. Unusable. garbage! #14546

Expected behavior:

Right-click an expression and choose "Find All References".  The expectation is that the feature works.  Period. Intuitively and in a way that anyone would expect it to work out of the box.
