pimoroni rgb keypad keys not matching

I was trying the examples and it seems the library is not following the right orientation for this keypad

the board has the keys printed in the back and my retainer plate is matching them (pico in the top)
i believe the library should reflect this by default..

also, how can i change the orientation?
