[Feature]: Native voice transcription in the macOS app

Request

Add native voice transcription to the T3 Code macOS app so users can dictate prompts directly into the composer.

Desired behavior

• Start and stop recording from the composer, with a keyboard shortcut.
• Transcribe speech into editable draft text.
• Let the user review and edit the transcript before sending; completing transcription should not automatically submit the prompt.
• Show recording/transcription state and provide a cancel action.
• Handle microphone permissions and transcription failures with clear messages.

Motivation

Dictating longer prompts directly in T3 Code would reduce typing and avoid switching to an external transcription tool.

Platform

macOS desktop app.

Implementation consideration

Consider Apple's native speech transcription capabilities, using on-device recognition where supported. Make any network processing requirements clear to the user. The specific API and supported macOS versions are implementation decisions.
