PDF viewer: text search and preserve the current page after autoreload

Following my dark mode request (#23879), two more improvements would make reading and reviewing PDFs alongside an agent easier:
Search within the PDF. Support Ctrl+F / Cmd+F to search the document’s text, highlight matches, and navigate between them.
Related: #22952 requests search in the integrated browser; this request concerns the PDF viewer.
Preserve the current page after autoreload. When the PDF refreshes, return to the page that was visible beforehand. For example, if I’m reviewing page 12 while the agent updates the PDF, keep me on page 12 after it reloads. If the updated document has fewer pages, use the last available page.
Related: #23632 tracks resets after assistant responses, and #24463 tracks resets when switching conversations. This request also covers restoring the page when the PDF itself changes and needs to reload.
