1. Unified Skills Management
Automatically discover installed skills from supported coding agents.
Display all available skills in one centralized interface.
Allow users to install, update, enable, or disable skills once.
Synchronize compatible skills across Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode, and other supported agents.
Support global and project-specific skills.
Preserve native skill formats where possible.
2. Unified MCP Server Management
Automatically discover existing MCP server configurations.
Provide a single interface to add, remove, and configure MCP servers.
Synchronize MCP definitions across compatible agents.
Support environment variables and secure credential references.
Display MCP connection status and compatibility for each agent.
Avoid duplicating server processes unnecessarily where sharing is supported.
3. Shared Agent Instructions
Provide optional centralized management for:
Global developer instructions.
Project-specific instructions.
Coding conventions and repository rules.
Shared agent workflows.
Translate or distribute these configurations into each agent's supported native format without replacing its native instruction hierarchy.
4. Automatic Synchronization
When a user installs or updates a skill or MCP server, T3 should propagate compatible changes to enabled agents automatically.
Expected behavior:
User installs a skill or configures an MCP server in T3.
T3 detects which agents support it.
Compatible agent configurations are updated.
Changes are available in new agent sessions without manual reconfiguration.
Unsupported capabilities and synchronization errors are clearly reported.
